We have been making name tags for over ten years. During that time, we've honed and perfected our production process from start to finish. Below is an outline of our standard procedure:
1. Order and Artwork
Once we've received an order, our art designers take the names, logos and other information and quickly put together a proof layout of the intended design. We usually allow one business day for initial communication and customer approval, but multiple changes and delayed response time can change this.
2. Printing and Production
Once we have the customer's approval on the design, the artwork is prepared to be printed onto the metal. The desired size and shape is cut out of the metal once the artwork has been transferred onto the surface. During our production process we are checking and double-checking the quality and accuracy of the product against the approved artwork. Any member of staff has the authority to halt production if the quality doesn't meet our high standards.
3. Dispatch and Deliver
After applying our heavy-duty magnets, the name tags are inspected one more time before being wrapped, packed, weighed and shipped. Small orders can be sent out via US Mail in small envelopes for inexpensive shipping. Larger orders are packed to FedEx standards. All orders can be delivered overnight or picked up at our location.
